Backpacker support network, Work and Travel Company Australia (WTC), today unveils a brand refresh with a new identity, logo and colour scheme to mark its 15 years in business.

The bright, modern image is designed to appeal to its young international customer base in addition to its labour hire clients and growing domestic and international partner, supplier and agent network.

The move comes as WTC celebrates 15 years of providing essential support to backpackers and young travellers. It also reinforces the company’s position as an innovator and market leader in the inbound work and travel sector.

“Our business has changed and developed over the years into what we have now – a full service, work and travel solution for backpackers and travellers from across the globe,” explained WTC owner and managing director Mike Parsons. “The travel, tourism and recruitment industries have all dramatically changed and evolved over the past 15 years and we felt it was time for the business to go through this transformation and rebrand to bring us up to date and current”.

WTC offers support programs for youth travellers who visit Australia on working holiday and work and holiday visas. Customers are provided with everything they need when they arrive in Australia, including airport pickup, first night/s accommodation and help in setting up bank accounts. Through the company’s job agency, travellers are also offered help in finding work, often one of the most stressful aspects of a working holiday.

“We support our young customers by enabling them to work in Australia and give them access to both our labour hire job desk and our custom-built online job board with thousands of jobs listed each year,” said Mike. “This, of course, allows them to earn money which gives them the freedom to travel and see the best that our beautiful country has to offer.

“We operate fully integrated travel desks in Sydney and Melbourne and only deal with the most reputable suppliers and tour companies which can organise our customer’s travel arrangements in and around Australia, New Zealand and beyond.”

In addition to its inbound operation, WTC recently expanded into the outbound market and is now sending young Aussies to the UK and USA. More destinations will be rolled out in 2018.

WTC’s new look website ( includes an online members lounge and job board, along with a host of new sales and marketing collateral.
