Alex Harmon
Alex Harmon is the former Editor of TNT Downunder and Backpacker Trade News. She left in 2013 to become the Editor in Chief of travel start-up - The Escape Lounge, which merged with hotel booking site in 2014. She is now the Deputy Editor of Practical Parenting Magazine where she often writes about travel with kids – in particular her 9 month old son. Plus does freelance travel writing here at The Byte. She has travelled extensively throughout Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia and Europe - and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and insight into the backpacking and youth tourism sector.
